When Archie went into business for himself, mine was the first house he contracted to build. It was, and still is, on the corner of Anchor and Pershing in South Park (a nice area then), and he and his brothers did an excellent job. This was in the late '60s. It was a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with a huge living-room, cedar closets, 2-car garage, etc. Total cost was $14,950. I could tell some funny stories about the construction phase, and Archie would laugh too. My deepest sympathies to the family. I am sorry for your loss.
