I worked with Jim for a number of years at Stewart Title in Beaumont. He was such a joy to work with; happy, a little mischevious, but always with that big beautiful smile! Jim's devotion to Sandy and his children was always evident in my conversations with him. He will be missed, but fondly remembered.

I was very sad to learn of Jim's passing. Our Sons played baseball together at Evening Optimist many years ago. Usually saw him every year at the Fair or Rodeo.
