Dear George:
Although it has been so many years since I last saw your Mother in Honey Island, I never forgot her. I am saddened to learn of her death, but am so thankful that she is in Heaven & will know no more pain or sorrow. Although I never knew your Dad, I am saddened to learn of his death, as well. Your Mother always had the sweetest smile & laughter ~ SHE WAS TRULY A PRECIOUS LADY ~&~ WAS SO VERY SPECIAL TO ME & MY FAMILY!!!! My thoughts & prayers are with you & all of your family during this most difficult time. MAY GOD'S ARMS SURROUND YOU ALL ~ NOW & THE DAYS AHEAD.

Tom and family, it is so hard when God takes two family members in such a short time. I can only believe that He needed them to be together. It is always hardest on the loved ones left to go on without them. I pray that God holds you all near his heart and heals your grief. Know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers.

George, Tom and families,
We know all of you are still grieving the loss of your dad and now the loss of your mom. Even though they are no longer here, it is a wonderful feeling to know they are together out of pain and with our Lord. We know you have many precious memories stored in your heart and they will bring you comfort in days ahead. We loved visiting with both of them but I can still hear your mom's laugh. She had such a joyful laugh. May God be with all of you in your time of sorrow.
