Billy Jr. and Stoney, you two boys are the combination of one of the best lifelong friends I have every had. Treasured the time I got to spend with both him and Paula. You be very proud, because I know how proud he was of both of you. I will miss him, there was no other Billy Howell and never will be. So glad he is now with Paula....finally. Seeing the video of Billy playing football..was such a trip back in time playing football with Billy as our quarterback from our graduating class of 1966. Billy will always be our QB. I haven't seen Billy in 40 years but I remember him from high school, because he was one of good guys. Kind and considerate to everyone. I know everyone who knew and loved him will miss him dearly. RIP my QB Billy Howell Friday, February 22, 2013 |

Billy Howell Family
We wish to express our deepest sympathy in your loss of Billy. We knew him best as a student and athlete at Forest Park High School. We also became close to Dan and Mary through Louise.
We pray for God to comfort and lift you up in your time of grief. Billy will be missed, but God has called him to wonderful eternal life with Him.
