My pawpaw always told me that I was his number one guy.He inspired me to get good grades in school and also taught me to be a great athlete.I always called him when I arrived home from school and before I went to bed.The fact that I will never see or speak to him again is terrifying.He understood me so well and I love him so much.I love you pawpaw.R.I.P

It has been a long time. But you and your bunch with Coach Pickel and this little kid following you all around. Always treated me as equal even though I was only in Jr. high. You will be missed by all those who have known you. I have been gone from Nederland a long time, but still think about those football practices and the old Single Wing.
