Roger and I had a very special long-time business relationship over the span of 30 years...covering almost as many business entities. He was the ultimate professional, always informed and willing to labor to the benefit of his clients, while following GAAP.
Most certainly he will be missed, not only by his faimly, but by his peers, the community, his clients and me amoung his many friends. Wednesday, January 2, 2013 |

I was so sad to hear the news of Roger’s passing. He hired me as a receptionist while I was still in college, and I left the firm 8 years later as a CPA. I grew and learned so much under his guidance, and for that, I will always be grateful. Regrettably, I was not able to attend the services due to the flu, but please know that you have been in my thoughts and prayers.
Hugs, Jennifer Johnson
P.S. I really enjoyed watching the keepsake video. It is obvious that his family was his number one love and priority. Wednesday, January 2, 2013 |

It was my honor to work with Roger at Lawrence, Blackburn, Meek & Maxey. Although I have been gone from TX for 20 years, I have wonderful memories of my years there and have thought of him often. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. Tuesday, January 1, 2013 |
