Bill served as master of ceremonies at the dedication of the All Veterans Memorial several years ago. He was so supportive of the Memorial and Veterans in Southeast Texas.

Bill gave of himself to the community. He gave of himself to all of us who watched him on the nightly news. How much better this world would be if more of us would give of ourselves to help others.

May God bless and comfort his beautiful family as well as his KFDM family and friends across Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana.

Tecoo, Tatum, Tori, and the Channel 6 family~

I was in shock to learn of Bill's passing. There are not enough words to express my sincere, deepest sympathies. Bill was a great family man, excellent news anchor, and overall awesome cajun. He was my friend on FaceBook. I pray for each and every family member, colleague, and friend that was a part of Bill's life. I know that Bill is resting. Just remember that we will see Bill again someday!!!

Hope

There is never any easy time to loose a loved one, but the holidays seem to be the toughest. It is a time for family and freinds to get together and enjoy memories of old as well as making new ones. The families, both Bill's individual and KFDM, are in my prayers. Bill will be missed so very much - not only for his broadcasting, but for all the worthwild events he helped to host. Know that he will be in the presents of our Father and experiencing his first Christmas in heaven. God bless you all!
