So sorry to learn of Vic's passing. We visited at his home just last month. Vic was a true American hero with distin- guished service in World War 2 at Normandy, and the Battle of the Buldge.Vic was on my radio show many times. He was always modest about about his service, but loved to talk about his time as a singer for the Ray Anthony Band. My thoughts are with his family He was a true member of the Greatest Generation.

My deepest sympathy to the Mackool family. Vic used to come into the Pig Stand every morning where I managed - He was always such a pleasure to talk to. He will surely be missed by many of his coffee buddies too. Friday, October 5, 2012 |
