Dear Deaton Family:
I just wanted to say how sorry I am about Miss Elenanor's passing. I have known her all of my life. She used to come to my grandma's house (Phyllis) a lot. She would always check on Grandma to see how she was doing. She would visit with her and make her laugh. Every time I would see her in town, I would say hello to her. She was a good person. I will miss her smile and her laugh. Monday, September 24, 2012 |

I remember as a young boy "Mrs. Deaton" coming into the old store and always being so happy and joyful. She would purposefully make it a point to talk to me if I was there. She was quite a personality and was not at all shy about setting me straight on a few things. I know how proud you are of her and how much she was loved by all. I will cherish those memories of her. Our family will be praying for God's peace and strength to comfort you during this trying time.
