My lovely Auntie Ruby is gone. She will always be remembered by me and others for being there for us when we needed someone. A Southern Lady that taught me a lot.

Aunt Ruby was such an inspiration to me. She was beautiful, kind and very loyal to her family. I will miss her charming smile and wonderful advice.

My dearest ftiend Carlene..
my deepest and heartfelt sympathy. May you hold the special memories close to your heart. How precious to h myave an aunt live at a ripe age. Just want to say she is now in the arms of Jesus watching over you. May Jesus have His arms around you and comfort you. Love you my sweet and precious friend.

Such a beautiful and classy lady. As Carlene Thompson's sister-in-law, I was privileged to meet her at their home in Houston when she came to visit. She will be missed, but will remain in her family's hearts forever.

My dear aunt and Godmother, Ruby, passed during the "Days of Awe" the holiest season of the year. Her burial and prayers by her Catholic priest were appropriately given on the Day of Atonement, when one's name is written in the Book of Life. God bless you forever, dear Ruby. You are so loved!
You have been there for all of my life. You have known and loved me before I can even remember - even when you held my little hands and counted every toe. Thank you, dear Ruby. I love you.
