I was sad to read of Terry's death, but I could not help but smile when thinking of the gifts he shared with all of us - his community spirit, his music and humor. He was a very special man who will be truly missed while our memories will keep him alive in our hearts. Thursday, September 6, 2012 |

We had so much fun together! I loved every minute we spent working on Rotary Swan Songs, shows at BCP and the biggest hoot of all - Tastes Like Chicken! Thank you for sharing him with us. Family meant the world to him. No conversation was without praise for his "sweet little wife" and his talented children and oh, how he rejoiced in being a grandfather. Because we know his faith and his life, our tears are for our loss and there are more tears than you can imagine. Thursday, September 6, 2012 |

Terry lived life with so much joy and enthusiasm--I laughed more at and with Terry than almost anyone else I know. I know God is glad to get the musical help with the heavenly choir, but we sure are going to miss the talent and the big heart of my dear friend, Terry. Thursday, September 6, 2012 |

To all of Terry's family, profound sympathy for your loss. I was a member of Dayton High School Band from 1969 thru 1973. Mr. B was my teacher, mentor & Friend for 3 of those years. He was a perfect band teacher & a great musician in his own right. He made our high school joyous and our band years memorable. I can honestly say he changed my life for the better. And he still means the world to me 40 years later. I know your wonderful memories of him will have you laughing and crying at the same time. By best to his family & friends Thursday, September 6, 2012 |

My dear brother Terry, So many memories have been going thru my mind the past week...cherished memories. There are memories of a childhood awash with laughter, and music, and an adulthood, separated by miles, but bonded by not only flesh and blood, but spiritual kinship in Christ Jesus. What gives me comfort now is the fact that I know you trusted in Him, and have now shed that old earthly body. I rejoice in that, but can't pretend that I won't miss you. You've left quite a legacy! Darrell and I love you! Thursday, September 6, 2012 |
