To Nancy's family, my deepest condolences. Nancy always impressed me with her professionalism and love of nursing, but even more, with her care and concern for others. The volunteers I headed always commented on what a cheerful person she was as she came into the lobby each morning. I found Nancy to be a good friend and feel blessed to have known her. My prayers are with all of you. Friday, September 7, 2012 |

I would like to extend my deepest sympathies - my thoughts and prayers are with Nancy Lynn & Morgan and the entire 'Helms' family. I am truly saddened for your loss.
It is with great fondness I recall the days I was privileged to work along side Nancy. Nancy was a wonderful, kind, and loving individual; someone I knew I could count on to give me an answer to any problem I faced - she was my 'go-to-gal'!
I loved her smiles; there was certainly always one on her face as she shared her daily stories of her grandson - Morgan. Her face would light up with sheer pleasure while she would tell me, and the rest of us in Nursing Administration, of his exploits or of his conversations.
I enjoyed talking and sharing recipes with Nancy - baking was a shared enjoyment for us both and I equally loved to bake for her because she showed such appreciation and enjoyment.
Nancy was a gentle soul, an intelligent woman, one who was passionate for what she believed in and loved - and yes, even pigs!
I am certain that if we fix our gaze towards the Heavens we now can get a glimpse of Nancy's pigs f l y i n g - in fact they are soaring upward. Rest in peace, dear Nancy - I know you are in the arms of your Maker and smiling down on us all.
