Dearest Janie,
I was so sorry to hear about your Mom's death. Even though I was unable to come to the memorial service, I was there in spirit. It is a very hard thing to deal with the loss of someone so special in your life, but remember all the wonderful things that you shared together, and it will help fill the empty spot her passing has left.
