To all of Barbara's family, I want to express my deepest sympathy. Barbara and I had a special bond as I convinced here back in 2003 that it was time to retire and enjoy life, so we jumped in together to retire that year. We'd been phone buddies ever since because I moved to Idaho shortly after retirement. We were never at a loss for words and spent hours visiting long distance. She kept me informed as to what was the latest in Southeast Texas, and I told her what it was like living in the Northwest. I will dearly miss my friend, her enthusiasm for life, and her deep love of our precious Lord and Saviour. Friday, September 7, 2012 |

Barbara taught me so much about being an educational diagnostician. She will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. Thursday, September 6, 2012 |
