We are so sad to hear of Rachel's passing. Mom & I just found out a few days ago, & we could not believe it. Rachel was always so sweet, no matter what happened in life, she had a smile for you. She will be missed. We are praying for you all. Love, Melinda Decaney & the Culver family. Saturday, July 28, 2012 |

It is especially difficult for me to realize poor Rachal is gone. For me she will always be that young teenaged girl, so beautiful and so gentle and shy. I was friends with her family and when i would visit, rachal would always be the quiet one standing on the sideline , always smiling and looking beautiful. I became reaquainted with rachal; through facebook and am thankful for that. Our messages betwen us showed me that she had not changed at all and life no matter how difficult it can be; didn't leave a hard mark on Rachal. She was more concerned for me and other's; than she was for herself. She was a lovely person and was such a giving and kind person. She was my sister's best friend in high school and i remember them all as the young one's. She will be remembered by my sisters and all of our family. She will always be a part of our lives and will remain always in the heart of her family; until we all meet again. This world's problems for Rachal are over now and she resides in a place filled with love and no pain. God Bless all of her family and her darling sister's; Cheryl and Elaine and her brother and all the numerous family members that loved her most. Bye rachal, for now. Thursday, July 12, 2012 |
