She was smart and had a kind and gentle soul. Working with Dorothy rewarded me with laughter and friendship.
We were co-mothers-in-law and I am so grateful to her for the daughter she gave my son. My sympathy to you, Dorothea and all of your siblings.She loved you all so much. Dorothy will be missed by me and many other lives she touched.

Please accept my sympathy in the loss of your mother. I missed Dorothy after she left Sour Lake and the Methodist Church where she was one of the Church's most devout members. We had many enjoyable years teaching together at Sour Lake Elemenary.
