Harlis was a kind, caring friend to my father. He came to the hospital when my mom died and was there for my dad when my dad needed a friend. I am grateful for Harlis's friendship through the years with my Dad. I know my Dad will miss him. Friday, June 15, 2012 |

Charlotte, Debbie, and David, I know there are no words to make this time any easier. I just want you guys to know how much Harliss meant to me. He coined me "rye bread" years ago and I looked up to a man that loved everyone and that everyone loved for the rest of my life. There were no handshakes with Harliss......from the time I met him as a child until the last time I saw him the biggest hug in the world awaited me and I am going to miss that. If there were more Harliss Underwoods on this earth it would be a much better place. I love you guys like family and know that I am thinking about you every day. Harliss may be gone but I can assure he will never be forgotten. I love you and will miss you Harliss!!! Friday, June 15, 2012 |
