I worked with officer folmar for many years, we started in the system the same year and he will be truly missed. There is nothing in this world promised to us except on thing and that is if we trust in our lord and savior Jesus Christ we can have everlasting life. This promise give us hope that we will see our friend again one day. Officer folmar had many friends and was loved by everyone.
