Love you Mom! I think of you every day! I play the last voicemail you left me telling me you love me! Ella talks about you every day and when I play your recorded voice Max claps and says "Nana" and smiles! Aaron tells me every day how much he loves you! Thank you for ALWAYS putting all of first! You make me want to be a stronger, smarter and more compassionate person every day! I know you are no longer in pain. Like you always said, "Don't cry for me when I go to Heaven because I will be walking with out a cain and I will be next to Charlie!". I am following the advice you gave me on my wedding day, "Vanessa, now you have to work harder to make your family happy but you will see that will make you more happy doing things for them." I also appreciat all the wonderful people you know that have blessed my sisters through this tough time.

"weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning"-Psalm 30:5
I'm not crying for you mom, I am happy for you!

Belen was an amazing friend and coworker of mine! She taught me how to keep pushing even when you feel you cant anymore. May she rest in peace. Your family is in my prayers...

Vanessa, Nettie, Joel, Ashley and Sarah,
I found this poem the other day so I wanted to share it with you.
God has told us that nothing can sever
A life He created to live forever.
So let God's promise soften our sorrow
And give us new strength for brighter tomorrow.
by Helen Steiner Rice

I have worked with your Mother at McDonald's while I was a group leader then a manager and also while I was DRE at St. Louis and the younger girls were in CCD. She could be very opinionated at times, then she could show you the other side of her, the fun side. I will never forget her the love she had for all of her children and grandchildren. She was very proud of each of you. Always carry that in your hearts her love and how proud she was of you.
Vanessa and Nettie please call on me if I can help you.
My deepest sympathy to all.
Sharon

Gary "Gabby" Jones (Winnie, TX)

Sarah, Ashley,Nettie and Joe, Your mother was one of the hardest working women I have ever known. She worked hard to provide for the family she loved very deeply. I really miss goin' by to pick up ol' Charley to go play golf and him always fixin' me a plate of the fantastic food she always cooked. I bet he is up there eatin' a plate of it right now. Losing our parents is a very sad thing that happens in our lives. So remember all the good times you had and cherish those memories forever.
