Dear Mrs. Janell, Terri, Jerri, Angel, & Brandi; Some of my fondest memories growing up are of the wonderful times spent at your house with your sweet family. Many, many good times with you guys. Hoot-N-Nannies, Murder in the dark, and bike rides. You were such a comfort to me so many many times after I lost my own sweet Dad. And I always felt like I got a chance to enjoy a glimpse of the "good ol days" when I would see Mr. Benjy ANYWHERE. He always had a warm smile and "Well hello Mel..." would melt my heart every time. I only hope to be of some comfort to you in your time of sorrow as well. He was a true blessing and a piece of him resides in each and everyone of you... a precious gift of a kind Christian heart, and smiles that could light up even the darkest day. Let it shine- God placed it there. Words will not stop your pain, however the memories of good times with wonderful family/friends do in time help bring comfort, healing, and peace. Mr. Johnson was such a sweet, good man and we are all blessed and honored to have had priviledge of knowing and loving him. If you need anything at all, any time, I am only a phone call away.. Love you all, Mel Monday, January 30, 2012 |
