To the Rogers Family,
When I met Jared I thought to myself there is no way that a man of his age has accomplished as much as he had. When I got to know Jared, I realized that he had, in fact, accomplished as much as he had.
Jared never wasted a minute. He truly lived. I've never met a man quite like Jared and probably never will again. He is one of a kind and I'm proud to be able to call him my friend. He gave me advice, he challenged me to be a better person. He never let things rattle him and was always on top of his game. He was always the first to lend a hand and your problem was his problem until it was resolved.
Please accept my family's condolences during this tragic time. We grieve with you.
And Jared, rest easy brother. Don't forget to close out your flight plan. Hover practice starts now.
Until we meet again,
Rob Baker and family. Monday, December 5, 2011 |
