To Dorothy and Family, our prayers are with the family. I will always remember Pastor Gibson as being a caring and compassionate man. I will always be grateful to him for presiding over my marriage to Bob 19 years ago.

Rev. Jesse and Flo Rogers (Athens, TX)

We are so sorry for the family's loss. We pray that God will hold you in His arms, as He is your comforter. May you find Peace and Joy in the days to come.
We know that He was ready to go and He was just passing through, going home, on a journey that we all are. He is finally home now and He can rest now. We just need to be ready when our journey here is over and we have run that last mile. It is not the line we have to get to, it's the going over the line. So Elvin crossed that line. He made it.
Love to all, Jesse and Flo Rogers

Dorothy, Just wanted you to know I'm sorry to hear of the loss of Brother Gibson. I will always remember him fondly when I think of how you were both there for me and Carissa in the loss of Rick. I know God has used you both in many peoples lives. There is rejoicing in heaven! I love you and if there is anything that I can do please don't hesitate to let me know. Praying for you and your family!

Cindy and Gene Caldwell (Nederland, TX)

Mrs. Gibson, Sherry, and Jerry,
We could never put into just a few words what Brother Gibson has meant to us thru the years. But if we had to give a short summation, it would be that he was our Shepherd. Calm, collected, sensitive, and ALWAYS there (along with his precious wife) when you needed him. Our friend, our pastor, our brother in Christ.
We love you.

Cindy and Gene
