Getting to know Clayton Weeks was such a special gift in my life. He taught me a great lesson - you are never too old for activism, faith, and a love for your community. Mike and I want to extend our thoughts and prayers to the family and want all of you to know how much we appreciated and admired your loved one. I will truly miss him. Tuesday, November 15, 2011 |

Gaynell, My heart is very sad, as I just found out this afternoon and would have liked to have been there for you this morning. Watched the keepsake video to watch your father growing up, and read the messages, so I could get to know him. Looks like your dad was a wonderful father and an amazing grandfather, and even more, a fantastic Christian. I was at your mother's funeral and would have liked to have been at your father's too. He will always have a place in your hearts. May God wrap His arms tight around each of you, and see you through this, and replace all the sorrow with all the fantastic memories. Love you, Stanley and Sylvia Searle Monday, November 14, 2011 |

I am so blessed to be a part of theWeeks family. Thanks mom (Masel Weeks Tucker) for bringing me into such a loving extended family. After loosing my dad in my 20s, Uncle Clayton kinda filled that gap for me. My dad and Uncle Clayton were so much alike. I could close my eyes when I was with Uncle Clayton and think of my dad. It was comforting espcially after losing mom. Thanks to the Clayton Weeks' family for sharing him with me. I love you all dearly!!! Monday, November 14, 2011 |

My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time of loss. Clayton was a wonderful friend of mine through church and he will be greatly missed. I know he is with the Lord and is watching over all of us smiling. I cannot express how much kindness he has spread to me and my family over the past few years and he truly exemplified God's work through the church. Sincerely, Tracy Foster Monday, November 14, 2011 |
