To the family of Kooter. I was out of town last week and recieved the news too late to attend. I will always remember his laugh as we shared many together.Even though we were out of touch for awhile we could always pick up where we left off. I will miss him dearly. Crystal & Carlee...Your Dad was an amazing man...I got to know him when we worked together at Market Basket in Port Neches. He made me LAUGH all the time. That "BIG SMILE" I will never forget. My heart goes out to you! You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I wanted to make the memorial, but I have health issues of my own, I wanted to let y'all know I was there in thought.
