To the family of PFC David Drake, I have never met your family or your son but I would like to express my deepest sympathy in the lost of your loved one. From seeing the keepsake on line I see how much he was so loved and how proud he was to be in the military. The sacrifice that he made for his country was a tragedy. I pray that you will all find comfort in our Lord and inner peace. Because of your son and many others our USA flag flies freely and we have the freedoms we have now. May God continue to Bless your family and God Bless the United States of America. PFC David Drake was a true hero.

I read about Pfc Drake's death and was so touched I had to leave a message. I count it an honor to have had him as a Southeast Texas neighbor. His courage and passion to defend his country move me to tears. What a beautiful thing it is to honor an American Hero and Pfc. Drake certainly is one. Tuesday, October 11, 2011 |
