Mr. O'Brien was a wonderful man and a great substitute. He touched many lives at West Brook, and I will never forget him. From the random hellos in the hallway to seeing that special thing he always wrote on the board in the class room. Even when he was sick he always had high spirits and a smile on his face no matter what. Wednesday, August 10, 2011 |

Jim, you will truly be missed by all the teachers and students at West Brook. You never met a stranger, always treated everyone the same, showed interest in our lives, and you were so kind and encouraging no matter what you were going through. My prayers are with all your family and friends who will need Your strength and comfort in the days ahead. Wednesday, August 10, 2011 |

O'Briens,
I often wonder what my purpose is here on this earth, there is no question what Mr. O'Brien's purpose was.....he was the mold from which all mankind should be made. If we all followed his example the world would be a much better place. Thank you for sharing him with the rest of us....he truly was a blessing to me and every life he touched. If you get a chance please read, "Tuesdays with Morrie" by Mitch Albom. I often told him he was my Morrie.
Love and Peace to you all, Kristi Fuselier Wednesday, August 10, 2011 |
