Carol and Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I had no idea until this afternoon that your father had passed. I will keep you in my prayers.

Dear Karen and Peanut,
Some of my fondest memories as a kid are from the time I spent at your parents' house. Each time we drove to Louisiana, we couldn't wait to stop in Beaumont to see the fish pond, play with the pop gun, and listen to your mom and dad's funny stories.
I must talk about your mom and dad at least once a month. Every time I am offered shrimp and say "no", I have to explain why. When I was three, Uncle George told me that the dark stuff in shrimp was poop, and I haven't eaten shrimp since! I think my parents are still mad about that! :)
My whole life I have heard the stories about the rotten egg and the ice cube bath your parents had to give me.
Uncle George and Aunt Carolyn will truly be missed.
Love, Tracy

Life is a precious gift and all too soon it can slip away. Our loving heavenly father has promised to " swallow up death forever", Isaiah 25:8- He has given his son Jesus the power to bring our loved ones back to life, as Jesus did for his friend Lazarus who had died. Please keep this hope close to your heart as it will soon become a reality. John 5:28,29. Psalm 37:11,29. My condolences and sympathy to you. Tuesday, August 9, 2011 |
