We are so sorry to hear of Carl's passing our prayers and deepest sympathy are with his family. We knew Carl both as a friend and also as a business associate. No matter how bad something looked he always had a smile and seemed to have an answer for each problem. One never tired of hearing his stories, and he had quite a few. We will miss him greatly.
