Marie and Family Gary was a friend and I have many great memories of him as he was so generous in helping us work cattle and break horses when I lived in Beaumont. He taught me the finer points of roping, and I rarely pick up a rope that I don't think of Gary. Verna and my mother, were friends too and there were pleasant times talking about "the boys." As Scooter was my classmate, and I was not in contact with him, Gary and I would talk about Scooter's whereabouts as we all went our separate ways after high school. I will always remember Gary as the ultimate Cowboy. I send you my condolences and prayers that you will cope with your grief and find peace in your many happy memories of your life together.
