Dear Francis and family:
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your precious mother. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.
I admired your mother for her energy and her devotion to St. Joseph's Altars. I knew very little about the Italian tradition until I participated with she, Marie, and Bea in the preparations of the foods. decor, etc. for the Altars. We had wonderful fellowship at these times.
God bless you. I know that St. Joseph, personally, was at the Heavenly Gate to welcome Pearl Cascio home!
