To the Brentlinger Family.
I signed the guestbook for Brock in 2009. I just read in the Advocate of Barbara's passing. She, like Brock, was an outstanding member of the First Baptist Church in Greenville. I clearly remember her piano playing at the church on Sunday nights --- forty plus years ago.
Again, my sympathy to the Family.

To Rick and Becky, and all the family....sending all our compassion and prayers for your loss at this time, yet praising God for the wonderful parents you had and the precious memories you now hold in your hearts. God bless you all as you stand together as family who knows and loves Christ. May you all experience the peace of God which surpasses all understanding.

It was with great sadness that I learned of Barbara's passing. I did not even know of it until too late to be at the funeral. I would have loved to be there and tell you in person what a wonderful lady she was. My last memory of her was a choir practice before a 4th of July celebration a few years back. She was laughing and fussing at me about coming back to the choir. She never gave up on anybody...not even me. You are in my thoughts and prayers and I love you as always.. pb Wednesday, February 9, 2011 |
