My cousin Joe and I lived miles apart so I didn’t get to see him often, but always he seemed to me to be a sensitive, gentle person, someone I wanted to know better. We were about the same age. I have warm memories of playing together when we were children and our families gathered at our grandparents’ farm. I wish I could be with you on February 12, but I cannot. I’m committed to leading a workshop on that day, but my heart will be with you. Please know that I share your prayers. May the love that will embrace all of you bring solace and comfort. I wish I could be part of that, for you are my dear family and I love you.

I worked with Joe at Coulter Corporation for many years. He was loved so much by all of our customers and his fellow co-workers. He was always upbeat, friendly, and fun. We had many laughs over the years in many crazy work situations. I hope his last years were okay. My thoughts and prayers are with all of his family members. Take care. Sunday, January 30, 2011 |

Thank you for the information and for the lovely video of his life. I wish I had these pictures for my genealogy book on which I am working. They were so lovely, and they were Joe. We will go to the Memorial at Causey. Again, we are sorry for your loss. He was such a good man!
