Frank Standley Swain
December 8, 1925 - January 18, 2011
Tony Miller (Flower Mound, TX)

A great man. He had more impact on our lives than most have ever considered, much less known about. His panache gave us all an opportunity to enjoy a worldly life. He will be missed.

Mickey Riggs (Katy, TX)

We all remember very well the Swain Family, and especially Frank Standley as he was a Family Friend and an avid supporter of the Sour Lake Schools / Hardin-Jefferson ISD. Our Family had the privilege of living next door to Frank Standley and his Family form many years in Sour Lake. I was unable to attend the graveside service due to a previous medical commitment, but our hearts and condolences go out to all the Swain Family during this time of morning.
God Bless,
Mickey Riggs & The Riggs' Family

Vonette McBride-Coffee (Beaumont, TX)

Miss Eva & Family. - Mother, Mark, & I grieve for your and our loss, but at the same time we celebrate the relationship and memories we shared with Mr.Frank. He was advisor, confidant, and especially for me, he was a soft and comfortable shoulder to lean on at some of the most poignant moments of my life: good friend to my Father, strength to my Mother and me. His relationship and impact on Mark's life is especially dear. Mark's love and admiration for Mr.Frank is very special and I'm grateful for the impact Mr.Frank had on his life. We take comfort that his last days of pain and distress are over, and we take joy in knowing that there are NO TEARS IN HEAVEN!
We love you, Nanette, Vonette, and Mark
