My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I did not know Sam, but have heard many wonderful things about him while working with his daughter-in-law. I know he will be sorely missed by those whose lives he touched. Monday, January 10, 2011 |

It was an honor and privilege to know brother Sam for the few short years since I joined Cathedral. He had the sweetest, most beautiful spirit about him. His love for the Lord was evident in every action and every word he spoke. What a blessing he was in my life and how wonderful to know that I will see him again. Bro. Sam's legacy is the loving family he leaves behind & the countless lives he touched. Sunday, January 9, 2011 |

Myself and Norma talked with Sam often, usually by phone he always was positive with a can do attitude. I considered Sam as a good friend and mentor. I am sure that the Gates to Grace were wide open when Sam danced into Glory. I am happy for him, for he is healed. Sunday, January 9, 2011 |

David, Lisa and Margie: We are so sorry for your loss but thrilled at heaven's gain! Sam was such a special and endearing soul that embodied Christ's love like few have. He was instrumental in bringing us to Cathedral several years ago and for that we are eternally thankful. He was truly a calming presence in a stormy time and peace such as his could only come from one place. While we all here will miss his presence we will also know where he is - that guardian sitting on high in paradise watching over his loved ones could only be Sam. Much love, condolences and prayers go your way. Missing you all. Sunday, January 9, 2011 |
