So many years have passed but I still remember taking you and Lyle for rides on my horse. Your smile and laugh were contagious and they picked me up during many dark times. Though I haven't seen you in years it was a comfort to know that my childhood friend was still out there. You will be sorely missed. My prayers are with all of your family and the many other friends you have. Peace be with you Moonie. You will not be forgotten.

I'll always remember Moonie on that dance floor at the Rodair Club. He was the best dancer in all of Texas. I am happy to have had the honor of him twirling me 'round the dance floor. My heart and my tears go out to you guys, his family. You are in my prayers.

Donnie Broussard (Tyler, TX)

I have known you since high school, although we didn’t become close friend until later in life, I don’t think I ever had a conversation with you that was not positives and upbeat, your smile lit up every room you entered, you got more life out of one day than most people get in a year, I will always cherish the good times we had and all the times we tore up the dance floor, you were truly a dancing fool. I don’t have to tell your family what a special person you were, but I want them to know all the years we were friends in Dallas he had more friends then anyone could count , he was well loved and liked by everyone, anytime we went somewhere he always would run into someone he knew . I hope you can find some comfort in knowing that Bret had an amazing life, he never wasted any time on what he might do…he just did it and did it well. He talked often of his parents and his family, with great love and devotion. To Anita, Gerald and family I am sending you much love and thank you for raising such a wonderful human being.
Love Donnie
