I know I'm writing this almost four years late, which I am sincerely apologetic for, but I feel the need to write this. I didn't attend the funeral for Cristin. I wanted to; however, I couldn't because I live across the state. I am so sorry this happened, the drunk & drugged driving thing. Cristin was a lively girl, She was my friend, & she never failed to cheer me up. I remember her vividly. I know she would've grown up to be a great person, she was already one when she was walking the earth. I met her sister once. She was a spirited, energetic girl, both of them were. I truly wish the family of the Grubbs sisters are healing from this progressively. It takes time, & there are always setbacks, but we all need to remember we are grieving because they aren't here & that they're in a better place. And we'll see them again soon.
May Cristin & her sister rest in peace Sunday, September 7, 2014 |

Dear Grubbs family,
I would just like all of you to know how many hearts Cristin & Katie touched i miss them terrebly and i know you do to. Katie with her bubbly personality and Cristin with her oderly manner. I think Cristin would have grow up to be a movie director because she knew what she was doing when it came to that stuff.. Im sorry for your loss & i hope you can resume with your life's because i know they would like it that way.
Sincerely Kayla Smith.
