Wayne was a great person and Scouter and one that had a positive influence on everyone he touched. I was lucky to get to meet and begin working with him in Scouting starting in the mid-90's. I was blessed to call him friend. My thoughts and prayers goo out to the family. In closing I will always remember that he signed off many notes and emails by stating "till our trails cross again" , if I'm luck, I hope they do someday.
