One of the biggest benefits to working in a Nursing Home is getting to know the Residents on a personnel level. Another benefit is getting acquainted with there family members. Jerry was the most supportive, caring son any mother could ask for. His dedication to wife and mother was a joy to witness and his daily visits will be missed. My prayers are with you all.
