Dr. Tanner, I was so sorry to hear about the loss of your wife. I didn't know her, but I always heard what a wonderful lady she was. My heartfelt sympathy to you and your family. Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always in every way. II Thessalonians 3:16 Wednesday, July 21, 2010 |

What a moving summary of Mrs. Tanner's life. She was a big part of my youth, and I can attest to the line that whenever "her kids" (real and befriended) needed anything they could call Mrs. Tanner and she would instantly make herself available.
She was a character, and it makes me smile when I think about those days. I'm typing this from an airplane, but really wish I could be there today to celebrate her life. Wednesday, July 21, 2010 |
