Dear Ramos Family, I am so sorry to hear about Billy. He always such a sweet person. I would see him through the years and no matter how long it had been he was always the same. I remember growing up with his sisters, but Billie was always around. I will let my Uncle Bobby know. Him and Billie were good friends. Prayers and thoughts with your family. JoAnn & Walter, I met Billy when he and my husband longshored together. He came to our house many times and I have many happy memories of him. It's such a small world, as I did not know JoAnn, that this was your brother. My prayers are with you. Evelyn Wednesday, July 14, 2010 |

I met Billy in the 70's at my first job at Montgomery Ward and have such fond memories of him. He was so enjoyable to be around on a daily basis. We had a fun group to work with during those years and I think it was Billy's daily mission to make us laugh. He was always playing jokes on me and I was so naive back then, I believed him. My prayers are with all his family, as I know he will be missed by everyone who knew him. Judy Menge Stoeppleman Wednesday, July 14, 2010 |
