There are not adequate words to express our shock, grief, and sadness at this time ; yet we do want to extend our deepest sympathy , love, and prayers of comfort. strength, and peace to all of Ted's family and friends. Ted was a great buddy/pal/friend--a true blessing to have known him..Ted made you feel like family instead of 'just' a friend. There will always be lots of great memories of times together with Ted and Nuria. Wayne had the pleasure of duck hunting in China, Tx with our own son Shane, with Ted as their 'duck' hunting guide. Ted was the kind of friend that came by after Wayne's hip replacement surgery and got him 'out-of-the-house' by taking him for a drive around town. Ted and Nuria came by our home and brought home-made pralines and assorted candy at Christmas 2009. Just a tidbit of our fond memories--too many to share here with you today. May God comfort you at this difficult and challenging time. Sincerely, Wayne and Laurie Thomas Tuesday, July 6, 2010 |

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Ted and I spent lots of time together when we were growing up in White Castle. He was certainly one of my best friends. He was definitely a super person and a friend to all. My best to his family, especially to his sister, Sandra, who was also a very special person in my life. The entire family had a very big influence in my life and I thank them. If I can't make it to Beaumont, and you come to Lafayette please look me up. I'd like to meet you. 337-739-6079 Tuesday, July 6, 2010 |
