Mrs. Beverly Herring, taught my 9th grade English class at McArthur. She was an excellent teacher. She was also a great Mom, you could tell by the way her two sons loved her and carried themselves. The few times I spent the night at The Herring's household, I was always treated with love and respect. She didn't even mind that I was playing along with Jimi Hendrix long after she had gone to bed. That was pretty cool! Beverly was a special lady and will truly be missed. Sunday, June 6, 2010 |
