Gloria & Family, We all go through life expecting to bury our parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc., but nobody ever expects to bury their child. Nobody can truly understand what it feels like until they have been in your shoes. You are all in my prayers. P.S. Dustin, the day will come when we will meet again. R.I.P. Mandy, I would like to say how sorry I am to hear about Chaney! Tell the girls that I love them and that their dad will always be looking out for them. I know that you feel sad too, but know that you were loved once by him also. Give the girls hugs and kisses. Mandy stay strong for the beautiful girls that was created through the love that yall had. This is to Chaney thank you for the two wonderful things that you helped bring into our lives, we are blessed every day with their wonderful smiles and love. May you rest in peace and watch over your girls, until their time comes. love, Jonathan Tuesday, May 25, 2010 |

Gloria, I was shocked and so sad to hear about Dustin's death. I know he was the light of your life. Your family and your "Marine family" will be such a help in getting you through this terrible time. But your strong faith and the knowledge that Dustin is with God our Father will sustain you during times that you think you won't be able to go on. You will remain in my thought and prayers.

Dear Gloria, Beverly, Martha & Ray Jr.,
Words could never express the shock and sadness I felt for you when Martha called and told me Dustin was gone. I remember the graduation party Berith had for Dustin with the family and what a fine young man he had grown to be. I still remember him when he was about 8 or 9 and we had family get-to-gethers at Uncle Oscar and Aunt Agnes' home in Katy. He was such a sweet little boy.
He was in my daily prayers when he was in Iraq and prayers of thankfulness when he returned safely. As many have said, God has His plan, and now Dustin is with his grandpa, uncle Clifford and Uncle Don and many relatives and friends who were waiting for him.
You are all in my prayers and let me know if there is anything I can do, beside pray for you all.
Love you all, Aunt Bettie Ann Tuesday, May 25, 2010 |
