Patsy, May God bless you and give you strength during this most difficult time. Please tell Lo-Dee that we are so sorry. We met her in Branson about a year ago. Monday, April 26, 2010 |

Bill and Patsy mean so much to our daughter Brandi, his niece and she will miss him greatly. He was always so loving, understanding and caring to her needs. We appreciate his good deeds and he will be greatly missed by the family and friends. Our prayers go out to Patsy that God will give her the strength and endurance to carry on.

The soul is dyed the color of its thoughts . . . The content of your character is your choice. Day by day, what you choose, what you think, and what you do is who you become. Your integrity is your destiny . . . it is the light that guides your way. Heraclitus

So sad to hear of this. Bill was indeed a great instructor and taught me everything I know of properly handling my sidearm, and he always knew how to break the monotony in the classroom with his war stories from way back when, which we always enjoyed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family, Sincerely Trey Brothers JCSOA Cadet Class of 2002 Monday, April 26, 2010 |

Sarge will be truly missed. He was a Cops "Cop".. I will always remember the first night of the academy in 94 when he asked all of us why we wanted to be cops... Everyone was giving all the politically correct answers. He laughed and said that was all bull... We just wanted to drive fast and carry a gun... Through his instruction, there are many cops out there that go home safe every night... Monday, April 26, 2010 |
