I am so sorry for the loss of Sgt. Hammock. He was my instructor in 1998. I just moved back to Texas and was asking around about him and found out he had passed. He was a good man, a very good instructor. He will be greatly missed by many.
I will never forget him getting out of his little car..... =) (as tall as he was) Monday, September 5, 2011 |

I was so saddened to hear about Bill. I grew up across the street from the Hammocks and went to school with Bill. He was such a nice man and I respected him and his family.
I will always have fond memories of that time. May God bless all of you. Thursday, May 20, 2010 |

Bill was the only one of Dear LoDee's children that we had not had the pleasure of meeting. We know he had to be an amazing man because of the family of which he was a part. LoDee and Patsy, you have been on our minds so very much. We pray that you are healing and that God has His Mighty Arms around you and is giving you peace. Love to the entire family and especially to our dear friend LoDee. Jim and Marlene Ruppert Monday, May 3, 2010 |

Bill was one of the first friends I made while competition shooting. We shared many a laugh over the years and while I am saddened by your loss, I'll always remember his smile and friendship. My prayers are with your family and know that God's got him now.
