Don was a very special man, one who was admired and enjoyed by those of us at The Enterprise through the years. I remember him as being the wise "elder statesman" in advertising years ago. Sometimes he was the only calm and steady force in a sea of chaos -- and I always could count on him for a chuckle now and then as well. He will be missed. This saying seems to fit him: "Do not mourn that the flame has gone out. Instead celebrate how brightly it burned." That truely personifies Don. His flame lit up the room. May God comfort you all. Family of Don, want to pass my sympathy to you at this time of your sorrow. Don and I were in the Gabril Sunday School and I admired him very much. He will be greatly missed at First Baptist Church Beaumont.
