I want to send Donald's family and friends, especially Vera, comforting thoughts at this time. Donald was a true gentleman and will really be missed. I'm so grateful for our talk a week before his passing. I will use the strength from his words to help with the healing process.

Donald was one of the sweetest and nicest men I have ever met. He was always there whenever anyone needed anything. Pat, I am so sorry for your loss. He was one of my favorite people. He will truly be missed.

Donald,
While we were not related by blood I considered you my brother in friendship. You were an amazing friend and I will treasure the miles & smiles we shared riding our Harleys. Thanks for always getting "my coke" in the mornings when we traveled together. While I find it hard to know I will never get one of your great hugs or kisses on cheeks, I find comfort that you along with George and my Dad will be my angels riding with me in my daily life.
To Joel, Jeff. Ms. Kirkland and all the family...again thank you for sharing Donald with me and the many people that were touched by Donald. Ms. Kirkland you can be proud of the awesome son you raised. Joel & Jeff..there is no Dad on this earth that could have been more proud of their kids than he was of you two.
Thoughts and prayers to all the family. We were truly blessed to have Donald in our lives.
Rest in Peace my friend...love ya always!!

Hey Vera. I am so sorry for your loss. I feel truly blessed to have been able to spend what little time I did with you guys at OCBM. Donald was always such a gentleman, and reminded me of a giant teddy bear!! I wish we had all been able to spend more time together. I will be praying for you. It would be unrealistic for me to ask you to let me know if you need anything. Anyone in this situation needs SOMETHING. I will ask God instead to guide me in the best way to offer support at this time. May God grant you peace. All my love, Robyn
