We have so many happy memories of Harold and Betty, from our first meeting in the mid seventies and through numerous visits to Providence and Fitzwilliam over the years. Harold was always the perfect gentleman, devoted husband, parent, grandparent and friend. We have so many fond memories of Harold's summer visits to "the lake," family events in RI and stories about his courtship of Betty, Baylor days, family life, and his memorable trip to Europe on the QE2. Bill and I send our heartfelt sympathy and love. Beth and Bill Samuels Thursday, March 25, 2010 |

Dearest Betty, Marilyn and your entire loving family:
A closed chapter is always sad even if it ends a time of suffering. We send our deep hope of peace for your hearts.

You were the kindest of men Uncle Harold and I'm going to miss you terribly. This is the end of a wonderful era but I have so many memories of the Wallace/Post travels together all over the United States. What wonderful summers we had together. I'm so sad, but rejoice in your new life in heaven with the Lord. No more pain, no more illness, just joy and happiness. Aunt Betty, what can I say? I love you and grieve with you but know we will all be together again some day so this is not goodby, this is adieu until a later time. God Bless your family and bring forth those wonderful memories (and I have the pictures to prove them).
