Winona/Lana,
My heart and my prayers go out to you in your time of grief. I offer my sincerest condolences and want you to know the profound effect your husband/father has had on mine and my family's life. As the first pastor I can really remember, Larry's messages were my introduction to God's word. I will always remember the trips to pre-teen camp and the fishing trips to Toledo Bend with a smile on my face!
Last summer, at a family reunion, we all filled out cards with personal information to get to know our family better. One of the questions on the card was "Who has been the most influential person in your life?" All three of us Noyes boys answered with "My dad". Our dad's answer was "Larry Lindsey". I cannot explain to you how profound a moment that was to me and how much it meant to me.
I will forever be grateful that God sent Larry Lindsey into my family's life. Through Larry's messages and influence, we have all benefited and become better people.
I send you my love and my thanks for sharing Larry with us!

Ourcondolences and prayers go to the Lindsay family. We have fond memories of when we attended services at Woodlands Parkway Baptist Church while we tried to find a church home. Later we shared facilities at Woodlands Parkway at the Interfaith Center when we were charter members of St. Paul Baptist Church in The Woodlands, TX. Our services started at 7:30 a.m. while Pastor Lindsay's church had Sunday School, then we had Sunday School, while Woodlands Partkway had church services. It was a wonderful arrangement of two bodies of Christ sharing and serving the Lord. Woodlands Parkway moved into their facilities many years before St. Paul did but we always remembered how kind Pastor Lindsay was and how he opened his church building for our first funeral service that was too large for the Interfaith Center. God has rewarded Pastor Lindsay for all he did here on earth with his heavenly reward. God comfort his family. Sunday, March 28, 2010 |

Winona, Cyril and Family,
I had the privaledge of growing up in the same church with Winona and Larry and know what an awesome person he was. He had two of the greatest parents a child could have. Also I had the honor of being an attendent in your wedding and witnessed your vows and love for each other. There are so many great and funny memories that I have and will cherish forever of the King and Lindsey families. I am lifting you up in thought and prayer, that God will help you through this difficult time. Love Always, Linda Friday, March 26, 2010 |
