My mother, Ankie Scott passed away in June of '08 so I continue to visit Broussard's Mortuary site frequently. I just found out that Bill passed away. I wasn't aware. I worked with Bill for many years at Unocal and I have many fond memories of him. I admired him greatly. I know that he left a wealth of memories for others too. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with his family and those that came to know him.
Most Sincerely, Mike Pontious Wednesday, June 16, 2010 |

I had the privilege of growing up down the street from Bill Langston. He was a man of honor and his service to our family, community, county and country will never be forgotten. I can say for a fact that that men like this don't come along everyday. To the Langston family, we would offer you our thoughts and prayers. Rest In Peace Bill you will never be forgotten.
